Payment Terms
Deposit/Down Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total quoted price is required to secure the order and initiate the project. This payment needs to be made online through our website.
Our sales representative will contact you within 8 hours after you make the Deposit/Down Payment.
2nd Payment:
Before purchasing materials and starting the processing, a payment of 50% of the total quoted price is required. This ensures that we can procure the necessary materials and commence production. This payment can be made offline and does not need to be processed through our website.
3rd Payment:
Prior to delivery, an additional 35% of the total quoted price must be paid. We will provide photos of the constructed parts upon request to verify the status of the project before this payment is made. This payment can be made offline and does not need to be processed through our website.
Final Payment:
The remaining 5% of the total quoted price is due upon completion of the project and handover. This final payment may also be subject to the resolution of any defects noted at the time of handover. This payment can be made offline and does not need to be processed through our website.
